Pinot meunier: 100%
Gives to the champagne freshness and lightness. The bouquet is intense and fruity. This grape variety bring roundness to blending.

Robe: Golden yellow
Appearance: Fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: elegant with very ripe cherries and plums aromas.
Mouth: lively and powerful attack on the palate. The structure is balanced with a gourmand finish.

Culinary blend: Enjoy as an aperitif dinner. This great wine is to be privileged with gourmet meal.
Consumption temperature: 14° C.

Aging in our cellars: 4 years minimum.
